The choke-flow turbine with built in bypass and flanged directly to a gearbox represents a significant advance in hose reel irrigators drive system and makes the system very reliable for a performance point of view.
The turbine is made with a special aluminium alloy and machined using automatic machine tools. The current turbine-gearbox system has eliminated the transmission belt and the external bypasses.
The turbine is connected directly to the gearbox and the bypass is internal. This keeps the pressure absorption to a minimum, allowing the machine to run more smoothly.
Every machine is complete with its manuals and instruction stickers in many different languages, spare parts lists and performance sheets to make the end user run the machine very easily by themselves.

Water turbine is the heart of the whole machine parts, it is the power-drive system of machine, also can regulate water flow, ensure PE tube recovery speed uniform.
It can effectively guarantee the reliability of the reversing, can ensure PE pipe safely and orderly arrangement in the winch. And guide walk uniform, no card hysteresis, completely solved the problem of oriented mechanism reversing difficult, improve the accuracy of speed adjustment.
Multi-functional gear box is the control system of whole machine, this system can realize the clutch, brake, variable speed, fast and safe recovery of transmission system.
It can rotate 360°, make the sprinkler car to work on different orientation field, reduce the machine movement frequency, and increase the reclamation index.
Our PE pipe is made of special polyethylene material, of which technical indicators have reached the international advanced level. By durability test in different country's climatic condition, its expected service life is more than 15 years.
By a complete set of connecting rod structure, it can adjust the opening of casing tongue of water turbine, achieving infinitely variable speed of water turbine, ensuring PE pipe to maintain a constant speed among different layers.
