Introduction of automatic irrigation sprinklers system

 

JP series reel sprinkler irrigation machine is a self-propelled machine driven by a water turbine. Water enters the water turbine through pressure and uses the kinetic energy of the water to drive the water turbine to rotate. The rotation of the water turbine drives the winch to rotate through the multi-function gearbox, and the PE pipe is dragged to realize the sprinkler car goes back evenly. At the same time, the water enters the PE pipe and is transferred to the sprinkler to realize the normal spraying of the sprinkler.

1.Water Turbine

Water turbine is the heart of the whole machine parts, it is the power-drive system of machine, also can regulate water flow, ensure PE tube recovery speed uniform.

2. Oriented device

It can effectively guarantee the reliability of the reversing, can ensure PE pipe safely and orderly arrangement in the winch. And guide walk uniform, no card hysteresis, completely solved the problem of oriented mechanism reversing difficult, improve the accuracy of speed adjustment.

3. Gear box

Multi-functional gear box is the control system of whole machine, this system can realize the clutch, brake, variable speed, fast and safe recovery of transmission system.

4. Frame and winch

It can rotate 360°, make the sprinkler car to work on different orientation field, reduce the machine movement frequency, and increase the reclamation index.

5. PE pipe

Our PE pipe is made of special polyethylene material, of which technical indicators have reached the international advanced level. By durability test in different country's climatic condition, its expected service life is more than 15 years.

6. Automatic speed governing device

By a complete set of connecting rod structure, it can adjust the opening of casing tongue of water turbine, achieving infinitely variable speed of water turbine, ensuring PE pipe to maintain a constant speed among different layers.

Q: What's Service commitment?
A: 1.Provide clients one-year warranty to make sure the machine work well;
2.We always keep certain inventory level of spare parts, which means the replacements can be sent to you timely;

A: 24 hours timely response of mail and phone calls. If the parts broken belong to non-artificial factors within 12 months, we offer free replacement. If beyond 12 months, customers should bear the freight back and forth and accessories cost.

A: Our warranty period is one year generally.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our usual payment term is: 30% TT in advance, 70% TT before shipment. Other ways can also be received after we both sides discussion and agreement.
